The redevelopment of the Boston Clutch Works site creates a pair of mixed-use buildings with three floors of rental housing above street level storefronts. The project's design utilizes the topography of the site to conceal parking, provide multiple outdoor amenities and be at a scale consistent with the historic building's found along Tremont Street. Ground floor commercial space will help to enhance the walkable nature of the street and an urban design for the site that reflects the existing character of the neighborhood.
