1467 Tremont Street Small Project Review Application Filed

We are pleased to announce that we have filed a Small Project Review application with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) for the development of the existing vacant lot at 1467 Tremont Street. This new building will be located across the street from the Clutchworks site and will result in the development of the existing vacant lot into a 4 story, mixed-use building containing 18 residential units above retail.

The BRA will be hosting a Public Meeting on the project on April 29, 2014 in the lower level of the Tobin Community Center at 1481 Tremont Street, directly next door to the project’s site. We are looking forward to working with the Community and the BRA during the course of the Article 80 review. Please contacts us here with any specific questions on the 1467 Tremont Street project and submit comments directly here to the BRA.

BRA Accepts Notice of Project Change

Last Thursday the BRA Board voted to accept the design changes proposed in the Notice of Project Change. We would like to thank again all those community members for their support of the project and for working with the project team all these many months. Today’s Globe has an announcement about last week’s meeting that can be found here. We look forward to posting updates on the development schedule soon.

Notice of Project Change Filed with BRA

We were pleased to submit the Notice of Project Change (NPC) package to the Boston Redevelopment Authority today. The NPC can be viewed above, or can be download from this link. For those in the Mission Hill area, there is a printed copy of the NPC available for viewing at the Mission Hill Branch Library located at 1497 Tremont Street (just across the street from the project’s site).
