We are pleased to announce that we have filed a Small Project Review application with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) for the development of the existing vacant lot at 1467 Tremont Street. This new building will be located across the street from the Clutchworks site and will result in the development of the existing vacant lot into a 4 story, mixed-use building containing 18 residential units above retail.
The BRA will be hosting a Public Meeting on the project on April 29, 2014 in the lower level of the Tobin Community Center at 1481 Tremont Street, directly next door to the project’s site. We are looking forward to working with the Community and the BRA during the course of the Article 80 review.
